Shipping & Returns Delivery: Your order will be despatched using Royal Mail unless stated otherwise. Returns: All returns must be agreed by ourselves before being accepted. Please contact us first.
If you are un-happy with your purchase or have a change of heart,
please advise us within 7 days of receipt. Returns will only be
accepted provided that they are in a saleable and un-opened condition.
You must return your purchase using a trackable method such as Recorded
Delivery. Once your item has been safely returned to us, you will
receive a full refund. We will refund your original delivery charge
when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply
don't want it.
Faulty Goods: If you receive an item supplied by ourselves and it is found to be faulty,
parts missing or an item was mis-represented on our website, please
contact us within 7 days of receipt. If we can supply replacement parts
or a new item, we will do so. If we cannot supply replacement parts, we will arrange for the return of the
item, re-imbursing postage costs and cost of goods as applicable. We
will only refund “reasonable” postage costs and not expensive courier
or special delivery options.
